This course has been designed for mediators, with an aim for them to be more confident in managing and being in situations where communication with others is carried out respectfully and in an inclusive manner.

In Module 1 we start by looking at bias, stereotypes, prejudice and privilege.

In Module 2 the topic is culture, background, norms and cultural competency

In Module 3 we focus on Neurodiversity. 

In Module 4 we look at avoiding discrimination.

In Module 5 we look at inclusive practice in the role of a mediator.
