This course is aimed at mediators who are not CIM trained. The aim of the course is for you to gain more confidence in being able to talk to parents about their child and to hold the child's voice in the mediation room.
This course looks at the language of apology and how this relates to family mediation. There might be one client who wants an apology from the other. We will look at how to recognise when an apology is genuine or not, and when it might not be accepted.
